Second time seeing Glen for a 2 hour massage / bodywork. Glen is an absolute hidden gem here in Kill Devil Hills, the most amazing body work I've ever had. I've been to 20+ massage therapist at chiropractors office and spas in Michigan and Glen is the most healing I've ever been to. I'm incredibly shocked he's not working for a pro sports team somewhere, but I'm glad I found him ♀️

By far one of the best “spa” experiences I’ve had. I look forward to my time whenever I’m in the Outer Banks. Cassie is an amazing massage therapist who is very skilled and knowledgeable about all things related to the body. Can’t wait to visit again! Don’t hesitate to put this spa on your list of vacation treats!

I love windswept spa!! they’re so amazing. I’ve had terrible neck and back pain and did some cupping therapy along with a massage and the ladies there are absolutely amazing! Definitely making this a thing for me and my fiancé every time we come to OBX. 100% recommend!!!❤️

My wife and I booked an hour long couples massage for our 20th Anniversary and it was spectacular! Mary and Destinee were professional, caring and attentive. It was the most relaxing part of our vacation. Highly recommend stopping in to Windswept Spa on your next OBX vacation!

I came to Windswept Spa while on vacation in the Outer Banks and had a wonderful experience! My 15 year old and I had facials and then 90 minute massages. It’s very evident that the staff really care about their clients and the work they do there! We felt amazing when we left— the staff even gave us fresh flowers from the garden to take with us.

Mary and Glenn, WOW! We booked a couple massage while on vacation and this was as not your basic massage . This was a lovely and relaxing part of our vacation and I couldn’t recommend these two enough

Got treated as a guest for my friend's birthday for facials and massages. Walked out feeling like a million bucks. The staff was so calm and pleasant. Smelled very pretty in there. Would love to go back. I'm so terrible with names but I think one of the girls was Mary. Omg, the facial, her hands were so insanely soft it was absolutely phenomenal. I kept calling her kitty softpaw from the movie Puss in Boots ❤️
