Ellen is amazing and such a kind and beautiful soul! It was my first time getting a colonic and she made every step comfortable and helped me to relax so much! I can tell it’s a passion of hers and not sure work and it really made the experience incredible! I feel great, have so much more energy and was able to release a lot of the built of trauma from my past. I’ll definitely be back! If you’re thinking about doing it, this is your sign! 🙂

Incredible. I tried sound therapy for the first time and it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this and found it helped my anxiety! They provided a very welcoming environment and I’m looking forward to another session! I’m also very interested in trying other therapies they have to offer! Ellen and Troy are amazing! Several days after a trip to the ER, a bunch of meds had me stopped up, bloated and in pain. A 3 day weekend was coming up and I was concerned this new problem may send me back. Ellen opened up a time slot on a Friday and took me in as an emergency case. I had never had anything like this done before. I can't say enough about how much relief it gave me! Ellen was wonderful in every way. She made me feel as comfortable as she could and walked me through everything she was doing. With the lubricant and warm water it wasn't as uncomfortable as I thought, but it is a team effort, and I'm glad I had Ellen as my leader in the process! Because I was so impacted, I went back the following Wednesday for another and really made some progress. A third is likely due. I'm 57 and have never been regular. I'm hoping we can figure this out and change all of that. If it's possible, I have faith that Ellen will get me there.

I had a colonic. Ellen did such a great job of making an intense and uncomfortable experience more palatable. She coached me through the entire process. She also gave me tons of great advice to help me with my healing journey. I was so impressed with her service that my wife scheduled herself a colonic when I informed her of my experience. I’lll definitely be going back to see Ellen.

I’ve seen Ilona several times for the Lymphatic Drainage Massage. I had surgery several months ago after a fall, and my right arm continues to be swollen. My hand and fingers are especially tight & swollen. I could tell a difference after my first visit with Ilona. Even my physical therapist noticed the decrease in swelling, days later! She also did a tremendous job at loosening up my concrete block of a back…just very tight muscles from not being used for so long. Ilona truly is amazing at what she does, and is extremely knowledgeable! She has a great personality too and is fun to share stories with. I plan on continuing to see her, because I feel so much better after my appointments. Highly recommend!!

My experience with the soundbath at Windswept Wellness was so enjoyable. I’m so glad I made their soundbath session. This was a very enjoyable experience. Two people working all the different instruments made the sounds more constant with little to no down time. That really helped me to be present and really relax.i highly recommend. I am looking forward to my next session.

Ellen was very informative about the process. She was calming to me and did everything she could to relax me to help make the process easier. Ellen provided me with supplements and informational pamphlets to help me better understand what my body was doing. The procedure was just slightly uncomfortable but very beneficial. I’ve had little to no issues since because of the wonderful advice given to me and the aid of the supplements Ellen provided. Relaxing environment including an emotional support dog! Highly recommend!
