Windy City Massage

My friend and I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the Hyatt Lodge in Oakbrook. We both got spa pedicures. They were complimentary due to a previous scheduling error. Tanya, the manager at Windy City Massage went out of her way to make sure our issue was addressed. She even scheduled an upgraded service, a jelly pedi, to compensate for their error. The nail technician, Emmy was fabulous. Fun, engaging and very thorough. The jelly & tea was a great touch. We both really appreciated the personalized service. We definitely will be back. If you want a great pedicure, ask for Emmy....better yet, try out her new certification as a massage therapist. We will! Highly recommend. Thank you! Linda & Ann.

I do not pamper myself ever, but when I finally decided to do so, it was AMAZING! Amanda K. was absolutely lovely to have as my esthetician! She took extra care in making sure I was comfortable & relaxed for my entire experience. My face feels better than it ever has & I already can’t wait to go back! If you’re looking to book, I HIGHLY recommend Amanda K!!!!!!

My husband and I have both had facials with Anita and she is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable with her product and gave such a great relaxing experience. We will definitely be back!

Had an amazing couple's massage at Hyatt Lodge in Oakbrook. Agnes and Amy were both attentive to our needs. My fiance's feet get very very cold and got a warm towel to help. I had some knots on my shoulders that Amy took extra care with. Definitely will come back again.

I had an outstanding experience at the LondonHouse location. Great communication. I was able to pick the service and schedule a time via text, which was quite convenient. My schedule opened up sooner than I expected, and they were able to squeeze me in earlier than I initially requested, which was perfect. I opted for a deep tissue massage, and it was divine. The 110 minutes flew by. The therapist checked in with me throughout to ensure I was comfortable. The room was very quiet and tranquil with appropriate lighting and temperature. It was on the pricier side, but appropriate for the service and 100% worth it. If given the opportunity to treat myself to this place again, I would definitely do it!

Went and received a facial treatment, Anita was my esthetician. She was extremely friendly and very professional. The spa was clean and the ambience was lovely. Facial was excellent, skin feels brand new 🙂 All around great experience and would highly recommend WCM and especially Anita! Thanks a million!

I had a 60 minute Hydrafacial at the Hyatt Lodge in Oakbrook. It was absolutely AMAZING. My esthetician Daniella did a fabulous job. I have dry skin and she made me face not only hydrated but calmed my redness while soothing it with a mask she used. I have sensitive skin and I didn’t react to any of the products she used. I’ve already purchased another hydrafacial and can’t wait to book with her again!

We went to London House for a couple’s massage and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. No one greeted us as soon as we walked in the Spa room. We walked in and waited patiently. But no one came so we looked around in the massage room and saw that they were just sitting there. They eventually saw us and had our massage. At the end of the session, we felt like we did not receive the proper massage that we paid for. The quality of the massage that we received was poor and did not receive the proper amount of time. We were supposed to get 50 minutes and 15 minutes for a foot melt. But we only received 50 minutes. The foot melt was an extra charge and we did not get what we paid for. Instead of feeling massaged, it felt like it was mainly a light rubbing of oil on the body. And after asking to put more pressure (twice), the masseuse immediately went back to light rubbing. I was expecting the best of the best from London House and the Windy City Massage but after this experience, I just feel like we’ve been robbed of our time and money. Huge disappointment and definitely do not recommend.
