Whitney is fantastic!! I sprained my back months ago and she has been such an excellent problem solver with it. She genuinely cared about my condition, how I was feeling, and made sure that I was taking the quickest but also most cautious recovery route possible. She’s fantastic and I’ll be using her services whenever I’m back in need of it.

Whitney is a very caring, competent practitioner of massage therapy. At the initial consultation she listens carefully and elicits all the information she needs to formulate a plan of action The actual session is very collaborative. She maintains a dialog with the patient, as she employs a variety of techniques, to determine what works to relieve the patients symptoms. Overall I had a great experience with process and I obtained very significant relief from my Sciatica pain. I recommend Whitney !

Whitney is a very well educated and talented body worker and healer! We did a combo of massage, NRT, and some cupping during our session and my muscles released so much tension that wouldn’t release even after years of massages and chiropractor. My posture feels so much better and my body feels much more relaxed after just one session. Thank you Whitney!

I have had several massage sessions with Whitney where she worked on specific parts of my body where I was experiencing pain or stiffness. Always with excellent results. Mobility in my left shoulder has improved significantly, I'm happy to say. Recently she has been working on scar tissue on both my knees (where I have had knee replacements). Using positive and negative charges (ions), I have seen and felt improvement in my knees that I did not think was possible mere weeks ago. My scars look so much better, and my squats at the gym are much improved without the "pulling" sensation I previously felt. A wonderful experience. Thank you Whitney.

I have had good messages and bad ones. Whitney at Muscle Mender is the best! A good masseuse will work on your problem area but then move on to the rest of the body. While that is relaxing, your problem area needs the attention! Whitney just focuses on your problem area for the whole session. That is perfect for my achy back. My back feels fantastic after just one session with Whitney. Usually it takes at least 2 with a regular masseuse. Plus Muscle Mender is a locally owned business and I love supporting our neighbors! Thanks Whitney!

I believe Whitney is a very gifted massage therapist. I visited her for help with my neck and shoulder issues at the suggestion of my doctor and I can say, without any hesitation, I experienced relief almost immediately. She is without doubt a pain relief specialist. This is not your 'lets attack these knots and knead them to oblivion'. This is using neuromuscular techniques, and it is special. Thank you Whitney.

Whitney was great, I came in for a Thai yoga massage on the mat, and mentioned that i had sustained an injury 2 weeks prior, deadlifting, resulting in me having low back pain and limited range of motion and mobility. She Listened to all my needs and was gentle and communicating throughout the whole session to see how I was doing. Truly enjoyed it and will definitely plan on coming back in the future to book another a session. I also feel better post massage.

I had such a great experience with Whitney! I am very active and have on and off low back pain. She was very knowledgeable and not only helped work out the effected and surrounding areas, but was also very informative in explaining what was likely the cause (muscular imbalances/tightness in certain areas). She also prescribed stretches to do on my own to further help alleviate and prevent this from continuing to be a recurring problem. Can’t wait for my next session!
