Sophia is AMAZING! Definitely the best massage in the greater Lansing area. After 2 ACL surgeries and nearly 2 years of physical therapy following, I finally started incorporating massage into my recovery at the behest of a PT here in Lansing. Nothing has helped with my daily pain more than monthly massages with Sophia. She has incredible technique and is in constant communication throughout each session to ensure my comfort and happiness before, during, and after. Scheduling online is super easy and her space is welcoming, clean, and peaceful. After 2 years of pain, it has been life changing to get back to hiking and being active outside. Highly recommend.
