Your Sauna Studio

I absolutely loved my experience Sauna Studio. The owners are so kind and accommodating! I was looking for a Sauna where I could relax (peacefully) and experience the positive health benefits of infared heat. This place exceeded my expectations--my muscles feel more relaxed, my skin feels softer, and I sleep better. I love the special touch of a cold towel/essential oil spray, cold water, and a towel cover up. Purchasing the membership was definitely worth it to be able to get the full benefit of going consistently.

I never leaving negative reviews, but after a recent visit to “Your Sauna Studio” I feel it’s important to share what happened to help others know what they might expect. I booked a 30-minute session from 2:45pm to 3:15pm and arrived a bit early(5 minutes) I used those few extra minutes to use the restroom and chat briefly with the owner’s husband about the sauna’s light settings. After my session, when I left at 3:32pm, the owner confronted me in a way that felt very rude. She sarcastically asked if I forgot my session was only for 30 minutes. I reminded her that she had mentioned customers get an extra 15 minutes for getting ready before and after the sauna, which I thought was what I was doing. Despite explaining that I didn’t start my session early and that the sauna machine automatically stops after the set time, preventing anyone from using it longer than allowed, the owner kept insisting I overstayed. I suggested that a simple reminder for customers by nocking on the door or so when their time is up would be more helpful than making accusations, especially since it’s safer to cool down properly after using the sauna. The situation got worse when I noticed she charged me $40 + tips instead of the regular price listed on their website (35 dollars) justifying it by claiming I used extra time. This charge was not only unexpected but also handled in a manner that left me feeling accused of trying to cheat the system, which was impossible with the sauna’s built-in timer. This entire experience was upsetting, not just because of the unexpected charge, but more so because of how the owner treated me. It felt very unprofessional, from the sarcastic comments to the unfair accusation and extra charge. It’s important in any business to treat customers with respect, communicate clearly, and not jump to conclusions or accuse them wrongly. Unfortunately, this was not my experience, and I can’t recommend this service to anyone. It’s a reminder of how crucial good customer service is and how it can completely change your view of a place.

First infrared sauna experience and wasn't expecting much given the building from the outside. But the owner made PERFECT use of the space; she and her husband turned a very awkward piece of real estate into a paradise of tranquility. Business model is brilliant. Handmade touches beginning in the stairwell show what a labor of love Your Sauna Studio is. And, most importantly, the sauna was great. I would love to be a repeat customer but haven't been able to do another session because the hours are so limited. There have been at least 4x where I've had the brilliant idea to go sweat out my stress only for Google to tell me they're closed. I was going to buy a membership after my visit... super glad I didn't or I would be so upset. I would definitely caution people to take a close look at the hours before purchasing a membership. To the owners: Saturday and some weekday AM openings would really be appreciated!!

This infrared studio is fantastic! I dont like to sweat. Here I can use programs that result in minimal sweating and result in relaxation and pain relief. The lavendar cooling cloth, the relaxing colors and sounds, and the privacy in your own room add to the experience. I will be back often!

What a fantastic experience! I came with aching back and neck, along with a lot of stress, and after a 40-min session using the massage bed, laying quiet, and listening to the lovely music, I feel rejuvenated and happy. I will be going back and I’m telling my friends. Wow.

Little hidden gem off Rockville pike! This place is immaculately kept and gorgeous. Perfect place to pamper your self and or a friend or get serious infared sauna benefits with regular visits! Will be back for sure 🙂

I randomly found Your Sauna Studio and I'm so glad I did. The place is clean and has such a relaxing vibe from the moment you walk in the door. The owner Sarah is so nice and not only does an infrared sauna have so many amazing health benefits, but especially in the colder months 45 minutes in the sauna just feels so nice!

This studio is so clean, peaceful, and beautiful I love how there's an option to watch hulu or listen to gorgeous tranquil music while I'm sweating :):) You can also change the lighting colors which I loooove
