Yupp's Karaoke Bar

I went there last Saturday and everything started off good. Then a drunk guy kept coming up to our table yelling and hollering. And then he had almost got into a fight and was asked to leave. And then there was another incident that someone almost gotten a fight. When I go out i want to have fun. Have some good drinks and have drama free. This place really needs to work on security. Or Look at the people that they're letting in if people are really drunk.Then ask them to leave because they spoil it for everybody.

My friends and I went last night ( Saturday ) and had a blast! All of us had a ton of fun. It's a bit small, but the positive and fun vibes make up for it. There's no cover at the door. They encourage you to at least purchase 2 drinks. The food is very good. We got the nachos. It was $15 and 2-3 could eat and get full off of it. The DJ is terrific and the music is It's a mixed crowd. Different races all got in the mix! It's a fantastic Karaoke bar!

My review went away when I tried to respond to yupps response to my review somehow. I had posted a review that while I was here for a birthday, we had a blast. The staff serving us did a great job. The only downside was that they forgot my birthday reservation that I made two week prior but were quick to resolve us and secure tables. We had to end the night at 12:30 do to guests coming up to us with a tray of cocaine and a bar straw. They then proceeded to pass this along the bar to various patrons who were snorting coke off this tray. My husband was there who is about to hit 2 years of beautiful sobriety. Drinking was never his thing so he enters bars with friends just fine but this was not fine. He was out smoking a cig with my friend when this happened. I ran out to tell him because I expect alcohol at a bar but no drugs like that. Maybe in an isolate group but not being openly passed around. My husband was shocked and my guests that were still left by 12:30 were shocked. We had to wait for it to stop being passed around before having my hubby come back in cause it would be a huge trigger. He came back in and abotut 30 minutes later in the back corner of us there as a group snorting it again and he saw it and his hands were shaking. We decided it was time to leave. He shook the whole way home as we have fought very hard to accomplish successful sobriety and should be able to go out and sing some karaoke. We felt perhaps the bartenders did not know but it was passed around sooooo heavily to sooo many people that night that idk, a bar is sadly responsible for what is going on inside it. They did respond asking what night we were there. We were just there last Saturday for the first time, on the 10th

This place was awesome. We went out with friends and Yupp’s saved the night. Lively atmosphere, friendly service, great drinks, amazing food. On the subject of food… the nachos were fantastic but the ox tail was out of this world amazing. Seriously when you order the ox tail get the extra gravy as well. There was enough with out the extra, but I would have drank that with a straw if I had it. Perfect food for after drinking. Be prepared to sing and have an amazing evening.

I enjoyed going and listening to others interpretation of my favorite songs. Great place for drinks, laughs and a good time!

My car got broken into outside, and the bartender basically just shrugged it off. The owners need to have more care for their customers. Security, considering how busy they get, should be a thing. There is a bunch of homeless people who wonder around this area who have never been a problem, but who knows now. I’m sure I’m not the first break in.

Me, my wife, and a few friends went on a Saturday night. It was fun but a little crowded. So you know it was a popular place. Everybody was really nice. If you want to go and have a seat to actually sit down in, make a reservation in advance it fills up pretty quick. All in all, we had a really good experience. And the DJ had a wide variety of songs. A lot of fun! The kitchen wasn't available for food because of some maintenance difficulty so I can't tell you how the food was. The atmosphere of the place had a hole in the wall kind of feel but really cool to look at.

Bartender was awesome! Owners sucks ! And the cook quit . Pretty laid-back crowd. We had a small family gathering, all us drove over an hour to get there. I called some local friends about the place , they said it was OK to go there , but after 3.5 hrs of buying drinks it wasn't! Bartender said the owner didn't like us in there. I told the Bartender it was cool , we would leave , but I put out a 4 state notice that we were not welcome in the bar.
