Lovely one hour Swedish plus massage. Couples room is nice. Heated beds. Lounge with ambience and light refreshments. Always a good experience.

I was staying on the Strip and had to catch an Uber to get a massage with Donna. I came here two years ago and she was amazing, so I had to come back. The massage was so relaxing and easy to book. Would highly recommend coming here and asking for Donna.

The first time I came here the lady did a really good job. The second time me and wife came. We were so disappointed. The ladies who massage us don't know what they are doing, and instead of 1 hour massage they only do 50 minutes.

9/10 Experience! Excellent experience with Ms. Luz. After my massage experience, I felt relaxed the rest of the day and got the best sleep last night. The atmosphere is of zen quality, the environment is calming, and the team is friendly with respect for people. I gave a rating of 9/10 because there is always room for improvement regardless of the caliber of service, or risk becoming stagnant. *July 2024 Update* Although the service was excellent, their business practices are less than honest, or it might have been an honest mistake. We paid for our massages on credit, this helps with fraudulent charges if you are visiting a business for the first time, and we both tipped the max 30$ each in cash. However, when services were charged there was a backdated charge 4 days before our scheduled appt. For two 30$ charges. Currently, we are disputing the two 30$ charges due to a total tipping 60$ cash on the day of the scheduled appt. Just ensure to check your accounts. Will not be returning.

Had my first massage visit at Zen Massage and I will definitely be going back! When I first walked in I greeted in a friendly manner. The lobby area was clean, spacious and enviting. I was then directed to back room where you wait for your massage therapist. The room ambiance was relaxing, blissful and tranquil. My appointment was for a hot stone massage with Donna. It was the BEST hot stone massage I've ever had. Another plus of Zen Massage is that there is no contracts or membership fees.

Words can't express how this place, whenever I've walked in, gives you an ambiance of quietness, and stillness. The staff has so much patience and respect for the people that walk through their doors. More so, the misuses That I have encountered more than four times, have been very nice and very patient with their clients and their needs. I personally struggle with pain in my joints and other health struggles, and They understood that and I am incredibly grateful for how they treated me and the client's I bring with me. I continue to go back and bring people with me, and it continues to exceed my expectations. This place is filled with beautiful people, that I have encountered with. *Beautiful in my opinion*

Didn't give much of a massage for me and my wife. They just rubbed our backs and did not go deep. They didn't ask if the pressure was good. We requested to go harder and they didn't. It's like they just wanted to go home and didn't care because we were the last appointment for the night. We’ve been to this location multiple times and was greatly satisfied, but last night was the worst massage we’ve ever received. I guess don’t be the last appointment of the day.

Luz never ceases to amaze me. Been seeing her for years and she is consistently excellent. Sometimes I need the massage and sometimes it's a luxury. I needed this one and she delivered. Love this place.
