Zen Roots Massage & Reflexology

Kassandra is awesome!. I have been seeing her since she first opened. Her massage room is very warm, inviting and tranquil. She makes you feel at ease right from the start. She really listens to what areas need to be worked on and then she works her magic! She has such a wide area of expertise with her training in PT, reflexology and massage. My arthritis pain has been greatly reduced since I first started going to Zen Roots.Through our work together she has become a valued and trusted friend. I highly recommend her!

I have received several massages from Kass and each one get better and better. She is extremely accommodating as far as getting you set up with an appointment as soon as possible. She provides an very professional environment and the atmosphere is always so relaxing. Her technique is just what sore muscles need! I have recommended her to several people and they all as well have nothing but great things to say about her work. I have also purchased some of her cbd salve that she makes several times as it is so beneficial to my back and knees. As an avid fitness enthusiast, I tend to have sore joints and muscles and her salve has saved me countless times. I’m have actually been able to back off my ibuprofen/Tylenol regimen.
