Zen Shui Pleasanton

I went to get a massage last year and the masseuse told me about a promotion that would give me discount on the price if I book two session at the same time and it never expires. I paid with my credit card and all she gave me was a piece of paper with writing on it saying 1 hour (attached here). The only mistake I made was trusting her. Today when I went back to get my next session she totally denied it. I still remember her and to my shock she opened a can of lies. To my total disbelief she says she didn't even work last year while I still remember her face, then went on saying there was never a promotion. C'MON girl this is just a 1 hour massage. I sometimes pay tip as much as it costs for the massage. You don't have to lie for such a small thing and more importantly you don't want to lose someone's trust. If she doesn't remember there is a polite way of saying. This is not the way. I cannot believe such people do exist. I am never going to go again and I advise anyone going there to be careful. Sometimes we cannot just trust people !!!

By far the best place I have been to. Been here 3 times and have had 2 different people helping me. Both were amazing which in most places your lucky to find one good one. Its a hour drive for me but I do try to make the trip when my body is telling me I need it. Thank you

EXCELLENT experience.Tried this place for the first time,this place is legit. Atmosphere is quite nice and super clean. The massage therapist Yuki was really good and provided a professional Deep Tissue massage for me . That’s the massage I like . She also good at with Swedish massage, I will try next time. Highly recommended!!!!!

Sookie was amazing! Super thorough, took her time, and really got all the knots out during the swedish massage. Lots of fun oils to use also and hot stones were a plus! Best massage ever

DO NOT TRUST ANY 5 STAR RATING!!! IT IS ALL PAID MARKETING. They offered me $25 bribe for a 5 star rating after treating me badly. Here is my experience. Highly unprofessional Spa services. I had an appointment at 6.30 pm that was delayed by 40 minutes as they took an ad-hoc customer and couldn’t leave them halfway. I was offered the bribe to give them 5 stars and they called me asking to change my 1 star rating. Moreover, my leg is hurting for a week as they twisted my nerve.

I visited Zen Shui in Pleasanton a few days ago on advice from a friend who goes there for regular visits, and she did not steer me wrong. I had a massage session with Tiffany. The place is very clean and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and they answered all my questions. I had a one hour session with Tiffany and it was so relaxing. She really knows her stuff. I would definitely recommend her and I will be going back as soon as I can. Relaxation is a hard thing to find these days.

Anna was amazing! She helped heal my shoulder with the Jade roller gua sha and Ginger/CBD oil. I came in with so much pain and stiffness and left feeling no more pain and had full movement!! She went above and beyond to help heal my shoulder. I highly recommend this place!!

The best massage in Dublin/Pleasanton, new place but best service. My therapist Ana did the best job my arm pain is gone in one session.
