I'm not sure why it took us this long to go here but we will definitely be back Some of the best cocktails around. My old fashioned was probably the best one I've ever had. Food was top notch, service was also super great. Do go. Really really.

If you want a heavy music bar, you found it. The drinks are PHENOMENAL. Chat up the bartenders, they're cool. Food is quite excellent. Cheers!

A true CLE gem that can’t be beat. Old world inspiration takes an incredibly inventive form without much pretense. The ever changing menu is delicious without fail. Food wise: the oysters, Cubano fries, and bone marrow are insane! The cocktails are a triumph and the drink crafters are basically herbalists with all the house made infusions, teas, and botanical flairs they employ. I love their punch-style offerings in particular. ‘From the Abyss’ is the perfect elevated tiki drink. LBM is great because you can keep it simple with mead, beers, and meat, or you can get fancy with complex spirits and other mysterious delicacies. Props to the crew as always!

A friend brought me here for the first time last night and I loved it! I've heard from others it was a unique experience for cocktails and great food. After visiting last night, I'm kind of ashamed to say I hadn't been in here before as a long time resident of the area. One of a kind establishment! Excellent cocktails and the flautas were top notch. Staff were friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is eclectic and vibrant. Definitely will be back now that I've experienced LBM.

Honestly, I cannot say enough about this place, I have never been more excited to go a bar after my job in my entire life. I know when I walk in that I can have an engaging conversation that makes all the toil of my labor worth while. The staff, consisted of mostly if not all industry veterans have a blend of charm and humor that blends as well together as their cocktails. The food is as noteworthy I should say as well, not once have I been disappointed in any of the food. They manage to blow my mind with their creative new menu and mass variety of cocktails I always end up finding myself wanting for more. If I could get this place a million stars I would, and I plan on being a regular here for a long time. Long live Lakewood's Bar on Madison

Awesome cocktails. On the menu each one has 3 descriptors to give you a good idea of what each one is like. Good was great. The decor was so cool. Like rustic beers hip meets metal.

The non-alcoholic cocktails were unique, I would go just for those. But the food was even better. I had the burger and garlic fries. It’s clear that the staff have a passion for what they are doing and I have told as many people as possible to check this place out.
