Marcy's Bar & Lounge

I love steph so much!!! My fiance and I had such a great time at the morning brunch. we had the lamb hash, biscuits and gravy, chicken and waffles and a mimosa, it was all perfect. Thank you so much for the great service. We will be back of course ❤️

My family ate at Marcy’s in the new igloos. The atmosphere was fun and warm. The coconut mule was delicious and the warm pretzel amazing. The soup dumplings were just what a rainy day called for. The server was attentive and very personable. Highly recommend for any occasion!

They really go above and beyond to make us happy. We left and came right back, because we couldn't find anywhere better to have drinks late at night.

Tried Marcy’s for the first time last Friday and I won’t be returning. My bf and I ordered drinks at the bar and were told to sit anywhere we wanted. Waited a good 10 minutes and went to check on drinks and the bartender never even started them even though the place was dead. Took ages for the waitress to take our order and bring the food and the drinks we ordered at the beginning. Mojitos tasted only like alcohol and the food was very mediocre and overpriced. $30 for pasta only, no bread or sides and the sauce tasted like it came from a jar. Not a good experience.

On the outside this place looks quite fancy, when you're inside it very much does give the "local pub vibe" that it advertises. The food was good but pricey for what it was. The reason for the low score, our waiter. I don't remember his name but he got my order wrong and thinking I ordered something different made a very awkward and embarrassing situation (at least made me feel this way) when I tried ordering a side to go with what he thought I said I wanted. I should've double-checked the menu to clear up our miscommunication but he made me feel so stupid that I felt weird asking for the menu again to correct him and show that indeed the side I ordered could be placed with the actual thing I asked for. The mistake order I got was good but like I said, pricey for the quantity and to be frank quality. It took quite a while for our food to get to us even though there were only 5 other people there and he never came to our table to refill our water or to give us our check (though some restaurants have you go to the counter to pay-- but considering the price of food I would expect table-side service). I had been looking forward to eating at this place for 3 years and we finally had a babysitter come and my date night was essentially ruined with an icky vibe that the waiter created for the evening. ‍♀️

I order from here all the time. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, amazing service! The owner Nate goes above and beyond- you can tell he really cares about his customers. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

I want to make something very clear, which is I believe this is not the fault of the serving staff themselves. There have been some changes at Marcy’s. With that, I understand things will be run a little bit differently and look different. However, I believe those changes have impacted the service. For example, you can no longer order at the bar. It was nearly impossible to flag down our waiter because he seemed to be the only one waiting tables. Other staff was not able to help us as they were not our waiter. It took nearly 30 - 40 minutes before I was able to grab the waiter to order a second beverage or food. Others at my table also waited long times without food as there was nobody to serve us Unfortunately, I will no longer be recommending Marcy’s to folks until I hear of some actionable changes.
