Liz was amazing for my 1st massage ever. I was pregnant at the time and she knew exactly what was safe or not. She explained everything as she went and I left not hurting for the first time in a while. She then fit me in when I went over due to try to help get labor moving. I so very much appreciated working with her and I can't wait to have time to go back.

Liz is one of the best masseuses I have ever had. She has strong hands and good judgments. I'm a pretty active athlete and I _always_ come in with something wrong, or even with injuries. She is super careful to avoid the painful injuries while not shying away from working hard on what needs to be done. I love chatting with her during the massages and look forward to every session.
