I first saw Megan pre-Covid but lost track of her during the pandemic. Two months ago I found sunshine healing in Long beach, realized it was Megan and booked a massage. My masseuse was Melanie. As a new client she asked me the normal questions about my health. I told her I was just looking to relax and have my tensions melt away. I just returned home from my second massage with Melanie in which I fell asleep four times. For me it doesn't get any better than that.

Miss Megan is great. She actually focuses on correcting issues. Explains everything thoroughly to the point that even I can understand. Well, most of it. Not hocus pocus. Not magic. Certainly alternate medical care compared to what I'm used to. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a therapist to assist me in regards to CrainioSacral, Lymph Drainage and Somatic Therapy. I came across Megan, she was absolutely outstanding in explaining the value of these therapeutic disciplines. As she questioned me regarding my needs, it became apparent that I needed to work with a highly trained specialist for my CrainioSacral situstion which was tied to issues of hydrocephalus. Practitioners of these disciplines, have different levels of expertice and training. It is critical that you research and ascertain your therapist has the training that is required for your particular need.  This is especially critical with many issues of the brain, where in depth training is most essential.  Many practitioners  have a basic level of training which qualifys them to practice CrainioScacral Therapy. However without the specialized training that may be required for your specific problem. This lack of training, could lead to improper treatment and a negative outcome. I assure you that Megan is a knowledgeable, trust worthy and highly trained therapist, who will support you in all phases of your journey to health.

Teresa always seems to meet my needs.. I chose her from many others. I have been seeing Teresa since 2007. My profession dictates the equivalent of holding a yoga pose for 5 minutes +, only it’s NOT the well-balanced, centuries-tested, spiritual yoga pose. It’s also repetitive. Her #1 attribute: her heart, and she lives by it. Doing that reverberates out in all kinds of ways. Teresa is in tune with a person and their essential core needs. Her integrative treatments have consisted of many things, each of them timely/appropriate for my situation. My first visit with her followed a chiropractor appointment for a pinched nerve in my neck. She did some sort of miracle on me. Or so I thought then, it turns out she is committed to taking great care of people under her care. She combines techniques for the best outcome. Gratefully, among the few I know of, I have received Craniosacral Therapy , deep-tissue, and lymph drainage therapy; afterwards I always feel re-energized, relaxed, uplifted, and pain free.

Megan's massages are amazing. I am thoroughly convinced that I recuperated from my shoulder surgery much faster than if I had not had the benefits of her expertise and experience. Her cranial sacral training is vast, and she keeps up with new trends and discoveries in self care. She is professional, prompt, and friendly. Not all massage therapists are created equal, and Megan is the cream at the top.

Theresa Williams has been my massage therapist for almost 20 years. I have tried other massage therapists while traveling or on vacation but none can compare to the healing touch that Theresa has always had. I can walk into her studio and she knows right away what I need that day. She specializes in Crainosacral Therapy and Intergrative Massage as well as Lymph Drainage. Due to my arthritis and fibromyalgia the medium and deep tissue massages help with my pain and discomfort and the Craniosacral therapy helps me with my stress and anxiety. I have had sessions with Theresa at several studios on the coast and I wish Theresa the best at her new location, Sunshine Healing in Long Beach. I will see you soon Theresa!

Megan has a truly amazing healing touch! Not only does she listen to you she “listens” to your body and finds problem areas you never knew you had. By far one of the best massage sessions I have ever had. Highly recommend the 90 minute session! So thankful to have her in our community!
