This is more from a customer service perspective as I did not receive their services due to having to cancel. Hale was extremely accommodating and willing to work with me in order to schedule a time that suited me. This was during the week of my wedding and things were already stressful so I am very appreciative. Communication was great and although I ended up not being able to find a time that worked (for my own reasons, not due to lack of availability); this entire process was done in a professional manner throughout. Highly recommend.
