Tru is THE best massage therapist I've ever been to. I am a psychotherapist and get regular massages to offset the stress of my job, and so I've been to a lot of massage therapists over the years, and truly nobody has come close to Tru. She incorporates just the right amount of pressure (she's good with checking in about this) and aromatherapy too. I get my massages done in Tru's home, and she has a nice massage room set up in the front room of her house- it feels very spa-like with candles and spa music. My husband and I love going to Tru- we were lucky enough to have found her in 2020, and we will be clients for life. 🙂

I had scheduled a massage and requested deep tissue. I found out that Tru doesn’t perform them, but that hot stones would give me the results needed. One hour prior to my appointment, I received an email and text notifying me that my massage was cancelled due to not performing deep tissue. We had discussed this by phone and I was happy to proceed with my appointment. But yet, I get cancelled. My physical mobility depends on massage. After reading her reviews, I was hopeful that I would be utilizing her for my biweekly massages. But cancelling ONE HOUR prior to my appointment is not only a disappointment, it’s highly unprofessional. As a small business owner myself, I would be out of business if I did this to my customers. I don’t need an ER. I work in healthcare and my job is physically demanding. I need a professional massage therapist. Thanks for the refund? I would’ve disputed with my bank otherwise. And it still remains, you waited until ONE hour prior to my appointment before cancelling, after we had spoken by phone at 0856 am. My appointment was cancelled at 235 pm for a 330 pm appointment. I’m so fortunate that you proved your commitment to your business prior to me changing massage professionals for my biweekly massage.

The best massage therapist I’ve ever been to! I had a 60 min session to help my strained back and arm, and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Tru is amazing at targeting knots and creates a peaceful atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend and will be returning!

I can't say enough great things about Tru! She's phenomenal!!! I've been to dozens of massage therapists, and she's the BEST. Besides being so skilled, she's also dependable and very responsive.

Wow wow wow... Trutouch is amazing... They are very attentive, patient and amazing at getting knots out. I am definitely setting up a bi-weekly massage session asap. I told my whole family. The best yet.
